JB Group Stays is a benefit for JB Group Properties tenants: a furnished unit for visiting family and friends, at no charge, arranged with a week’s notice and approved by our team.
A stay, not a rental.
When family or friends come to see you, they can stay in one of our vacant furnished units instead of a hotel. There is no rate, no fee and no deposit. JB Group Stays is a leasing amenity for JB Group Properties tenants, offered by the same team that manages your home.
Requests can come from you or from your guest. Our team reviews each one before it is confirmed, and units come from the same pool we lease from, so availability changes. We say yes whenever we can.

Choose dates and a location
Pick a location and a unit type, and dates at least seven days out. Requests need a week's notice so we can review them properly.

Tell us who you're visiting
Give the name of the JB Group Properties tenant you are staying with, and your own contact details. No account needed.

We hold a unit while we review
Your request holds a unit for those dates straight away, and you get a private link to check its status any time.

The JB Group team approves it
We confirm the stay with the tenant and approve it. Then you get the address, access details, check-in times and house rules by email.

Everything else lives in the guest agreement and house rules you will see before you arrive.

Stays are free. There is no rate, no fee and no deposit. This is a benefit for our tenants, not a rental business.

Requests need seven days' notice. Same-week requests cannot be reviewed in time.

Every stay is reviewed and approved by the JB Group team before it is confirmed. A held unit is not a confirmed stay.

Guests agree to the house rules and a short guest agreement before arrival, and stays are subject to availability.
